Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a foreperson to supervise direct field personnel on projects across the industrial and infrastructure markets. You will ensure safe work practices, adhere to the scope of work, and deliver on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on leadership, experience with field take-offs, material logistics, and pre-job planning, and will serve as the front line contact for safety and QA/QC on job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in field supervision.
• Ability to supervise eight to fifteen workers.
• Ensures work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Experience in field take-off and material logistics.

Responsible for the supervision and direction of direct field personnel. Assures that all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget. Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A foreperson will have the following skills:

• Capable of supervising from eight to fifteen workers
• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field and in the supervision craft personnel
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions
