Job summary

Moore, a data-driven CXM leader, seeks a Sr. Director of Human Resources to partner with the CHRO and shape HR strategy across a multi-entity enterprise. You will guide workforce planning, talent initiatives, and employee relations while ensuring HR standards, compliance, and risk management across locations.

You will lead a distributed HR team, drive organizational effectiveness, and support executives with practical HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience spanning multiple locations and business units.
• Experience coaching and developing HR teams across distributed environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and provide practical HR support.
• Proven capability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO to shape and execute enterprise HR strategy across a complex, multi-entity organization.
• Lead HR priorities, workforce planning, and talent strategies ensuring business alignment.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage a multi-location HR team and drive HR processes with consistent execution.
