Job summary

Moore is seeking a Sr. Director, Human Resources to partner with the CHRO and shape enterprise HR strategy across a multi-entity organization.

You will serve as a senior HR leader and trusted advisor to executives, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and HR program execution. You will oversee core HR functions across multiple locations, lead a distributed HR team, ensure compliant employee relations, and collaborate with Legal to mitigate risk while advancing business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple units/functions/locations.
• Experience leading or supporting HR teams and coaching others.
• Experience in diverse operational environments with distributed and site-based teams, frontline/hourly workers, and field/office staff.
• Strong experience in employee relations, including investigations and complex matters.
• Knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices; ability to partner with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO to shape, prioritize, and execute enterprise HR strategy across a multi-entity organization.
• Act as a senior HR leader guiding executives on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and HR initiatives.
• Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, talent management, organizational design, compensation/benefits, and risk management.
• Lead a multi-location HR team, coach leaders, and ensure effective HR support execution.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with fair, well-documented outcomes.
• Monitor HR metrics, drive data-informed decisions, and support change initiatives.
