Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience creating content across multiple channels (web, portal, mobile, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into clear content.
• Experience using HTML and CSS to configure and optimize content in ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of digital experiences and knowledge management.
• Develop and manage content for employee portals, knowledge articles, notifications, and self-service tools.
• Design caregiver experiences that simplify access to HR information, services, and support.
• Maintain taxonomies, metadata standards, information architecture, and search optimization for self-service success.
• Translate policies and programs into user-friendly content and experiences.
• Use data and user feedback to drive improvements and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement experience enhancements and configure platforms.
