Walgreens is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Data & Analytics to partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to deliver workforce reporting, analytics, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

You will transform complex HR data into meaningful trends, dashboards, and actionable recommendations to help leaders understand workforce dynamics, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with HRIS experience or relevant HR experience with higher education requirement.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvements.
• Knowledge of HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount) and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex data analysis, reporting, metrics, and insights to support HR portfolio analytics.
• Deliver trends, benchmarking, predictive insights, and costing in a usable format for HR users.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across HR data sources.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve data integrity issues; escalate as needed.
