RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Controlling to join the HR & Management Support Function in the Renewables business. You will lead FTE and personnel cost planning, deliver high-quality monthly leadership reports, and partner with HR and leadership to implement cost-saving and workforce initiatives.

You will collaborate with the MSF Controlling team and IT Controlling to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while driving process improvements and strategic

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or related finance fields.
• Renewable energy experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel; SAP, PeopleSoft, Tableau, Power BI a plus.
• Fluent English; German a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Senior Associate, HR Controlling FP&A topics: deliver monthly executive reporting and ad hoc analysis on FTE/costs.
• Develop and maintain FTE and personnel cost planning; coordinate forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with HR and business to fulfill reporting requirements; provide insightful analysis.
• Coordinate topics across RWECE Controlling team and related functions.
• Prepare materials for Senior Management and Board meetings; support special projects.
• Implement new tools to improve data quality and automate processes.
