Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings (BAH) is seeking an Analyst (HR) Compensation, Benefits, Job Specialist V for a government client in Arlington, Virginia. The role spans employment, compensation, benefits, and job analysis, with a focus on data integrity and client service.

The successful candidate will have substantial HR experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship and SECRET clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS required.
• Nine (9) years of experience.
• U.S. Citizen with SECRET clearance.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, and job analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR duties including employment functions and interviewing.
• Develop training materials and programs to improve performance.
• Conduct compensation and benefits analysis and job analysis.
• Prepare reports and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and events for senior management.
