Job summary

The role focuses on driving performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and data-driven decisions, while building a trusted advisory relationship and delivering initiatives that strengthen culture and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies that support business objectives.
• Proven ability to navigate complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems effectively.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
