We seek a motivated, innovative, and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner/Talent Lead who is comfortable with change management and developing practical solutions.

This role acts as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to the business, focusing on employment relations, talent management, and employee engagement, fostering a culture of change. It is a hybrid role requiring presence in the Detroit office 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
HR Coaching
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders to enhance people management excellence.
  • Facilitate team-building and training sessions to improve organizational capabilities.
Talent & Performance Management
  • Manage talent initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Support managers and employees in career development and growth planning.
  • Develop employee training programs, workshops, and development plans, especially for high-potential employees.
Culture of Change & Engagement
  • Lead change management efforts during organizational transformation.
  • Oversee the Annual Employee Engagement survey process and support managers in action planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in Talent Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Employment Relations preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder influence and change management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ADP systems is a plus.
