Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. seeks a senior HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business needs across corporate units. You will partner with senior leaders, shaping workforce planning, succession, and organizational design to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will influence decisions with data, coach executives through change, and lead Talent planning in a fast-moving consumer environment. This hybrid role offers growth and impact within a global footwear company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience at senior leadership level.
• Experience leading talent planning at scale, including succession and org design.
• Proficiency with Workday and advanced Excel required.
• Interest in AI and emerging tools to improve work processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/graduate degree preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer industries (retail/footwear) a strong plus.
• Global or international HR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnership with assigned corporate units and primary HR contact for leaders.
• Understand client strategy, revenue drivers, and workforce dynamics.
• Bring data and sound judgment to influence decisions.
• Lead talent planning, succession, and organizational design for groups.
• Coach leaders on performance and organizational changes.
• Navigate complex employee relations with precision and confidentiality.
• Turn data into actionable insights and compelling presentations.
• Contribute to broader HR initiatives and cross-functional programs.
