CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join the Technical Services Unit, delivering strategic HR leadership across designated regions. You will partner with business leaders on talent initiatives, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to mitigate risk and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, succession, development, and partnering with HR teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) required.
• 5 years of related HR experience preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR leadership to managers and employees across designated regions, aligning with enterprise HR strategies and programs.
• Administer a broad range of HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, development, performance management and HRIS.
• Identify emerging HR trends and work with leaders on workforce planning, succession and organizational development.
