Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager for its Patterson, CA Distribution Center. This on-site role will partner with business leadership to execute HR strategy, manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, and culture initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach at all leadership levels. Travel up to 10–15% may be required; the position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base pay

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership.
• Experience working within a Union environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Execute the HR strategy to support site goals and business needs.
• Cascade site policy and practices across the team.
• Coach and develop leaders to optimize performance.
• Balance multiple HR priorities with data-driven decision making.
• Partner with COEs, Talent Acquisition, and HRSS to support site initiatives.
• Support talent planning, workforce planning and engagement initiatives.
