LHH is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its expanding Development & Construction organization in North America. This strategic HR leader will partner with senior construction and development leaders to drive talent initiatives, organizational design, and workforce planning in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or project-driven organizations.
• Strong change management and organizational development experience.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes through people strategies.
• Experience supporting organizations undergoing significant growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to senior leaders within the Development & Construction organization.
• Align people strategies with business objectives during growth and transformation.
• Provide coaching on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, engagement, and succession.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships across leadership levels.
• Lead change management initiatives in a rapidly scaling environment.
• Drive workforce planning and partnership with Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
• Support onboarding, retention, and engagement initiatives.
