Job summary

The HR Manager, Corporate Functions at Aramark provides leadership and generalist support across multiple corporate staff functions, partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals. Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Experience using HR technology and analytics.
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD or related business field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives.
• Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive leadership routinely and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HR business partner for corporate functions - Legal, Strategy and Transformation - including each Executive Leader and their leadership team
• Partner with senior leaders and teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions and drive results/impact
• Coach and advise leaders on people strategy (Organization Design, Change Management, Talent Management and Employee Engagement)
• Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.
• Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to attract, on board, develop and retain the talent needed to meet business needs
• Support enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives through partnership with business leaders to develop inclusive and cohesive teams
• Drive adherence to compliance of policies and procedures
• Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned
