We are seeking an experienced HR Leader to support our manufacturing facility in Duncan, OK. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational and analytical skills, and a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The HR Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Recruiting and Learning & Development teams while leading, managing, and providing supervisory support to HR Operations partners and the Manufacturing team.

Essential Functions:

1. Consults with management and collaborates with other HR functions to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges.
2. Provides feedback to stakeholders and business unit leaders on the delivery of HR products and services.
3. Partners with stakeholders to share and understand policies and regulations, assessing implications for the business.
4. Supports the implementation of new policies, plans, and procedures, successfully executing HR strategies, policies, and programs within a location.
5. Supports talent management and leadership development locally.
6. Prepares high-level analysis and discusses with business unit leadership to forecast impacts on people management actions.
7. Engages in process improvement and addresses employee relations issues to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree; MBA or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior/lead capacity.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and coach team members, leadership, and employees.
• Employee relations experience, including investigations and PIPs.
• Continuous Improvement exposure is preferred.
