Job summary

Halliburton in Duncan, Oklahoma, is seeking a skilled machinist to set up and operate a range of machine tools, including NC lathes and mills. The role requires reading blueprints and performing shop math and inspection steps to verify work.

Qualifications

Job Duties

• Working under close supervision, sets up, adjusts, and operates a variety of machine tools which may include numerical control/computerized numeric control lathes, mills, drills, computerized numerical control/numerical control and/or manual machines.
• May be required to read blueprints, perform varying levels of shop mathematics associated with machining operations, and perform inspection procedures to verify work.

• Skills typically acquired through 1-2 years related machining experience.
