Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) seeks an HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – SME to support a federal client from the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on analyzing HR data, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

The SME will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop documentation, and drive continuous improvement across administrative and logistics support functions while maintaining DoD Top Secret/SCI

Qualifications

• Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify workforce trends to support leadership decisions.
