The role focuses on analyzing HR data, building reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions and drive workforce insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document deliverables, and support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency for mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
