About the Role:

• Provide Shared Services Tier 1 support to a workforce of 15,000 employees.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HR practices, procedures, and tools to assist employees.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and HR Centers of Excellence.
• Support full-cycle employee transactions in HRIS systems (Workday) via Manager or Employee self-service (MSS, ESS).
• Maintain documentation and reporting within HRIS and HR Case Management tools.

About You:

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience, including handling sensitive employment information; 2+ years in an HR Advisor role.
• Ability to mentor and train new HR Advisors, demonstrating leadership among peers.
• Self-directed with the ability to work under moderate supervision.
• Experience with Workday HRIS system.
