Job summary

Technology Resource Group, LLC in Bellevue, Ohio, seeks a Production Manager – Engineering to direct the High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) production, drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives, and lead a skilled manufacturing team.

You will establish SOPs, maintain ISO/IATF compliance, manage KPIs including OEE, and coordinate PMs, training, and NPI activities to ensure readiness for future production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HPDC production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to establish and manage KPIs, OEE, quality yield, and on-time delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and PPAP processes.
• Familiar with SOP development, PM scheduling, and safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily HPDC production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Manage production staff, schedules, and shift coverage.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; provide reports to senior management.
• Lead training, coaching, and career development of the production team.
• Oversee PM schedules and regulatory compliance.
• Support NPI readiness and PPAP activities.
• Participate in DFM reviews during new product development.
