Job summary

DCCA, a veteran-owned IT business, seeks a Systems Engineer 2 - HPDA in Maryland to support a high-profile program. An active TS/SCI with poly is required, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

You will work with the HPDA PMO to gather data and generate critical documentation (RVTM, TEMP, LCSP) and will interact with government staff to ensure technical integrity across lifecycle stages.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with poly is required.
• Experience applying systems engineering across lifecycle processes.
• Ability to develop and review technical documentation.
• Experience interacting with government program personnel.

Responsibilities

• Support the HPDA PMO with gathering data and generating critical systems engineering documentation (Requirements Verification).
• Create and maintain Traceability Matrix (RVTM), TEMP, LCSP, and System Architecture Documents.
• Apply systems engineering principles throughout Concept to Retirement lifecycle.
• Coordinate with government overseers and senior program executives on technical considerations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline

Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline

PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline

High School Diploma or GED + six (6) years of general system engineering experience
