Mass General Brigham Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, HPC Researcher Experience to lead the researcher-facing experience for the high-performance computing platform. You will own outreach, onboarding, training, communications, and support coordination for the MGB research community and labs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in high performance computing support, scientific computing, or related tech fields.
• 2+ years of people management or operational leadership experience.
• Experience managing relationships with researchers, faculty, and technical users.
• Working knowledge of HPC concepts, job scheduling, storage, clusters, and containers.
• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or outreach for technical audiences.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• HIPAA/privacy knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve the researcher-facing HPC service strategy and operating model.
• Partner with HPC Engineering and leadership to align experience with roadmap priorities.
• Set priorities for the researcher-facing service experience team.
• Develop outreach, onboarding, training, office hours, and user documentation.
• Serve as senior relationship manager for labs, investigators, and core facilities.
• Own the feature roadmap by translating inputs into usability improvements.
• Track service health and provide updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead communications during incidents, maintenance, and platform upgrades.
• Lead, coach, and develop assigned staff and contributors.
• Scale the researcher-facing support function with staffing and documentation.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
