Job summary

Gosnaphop in Dallas, TX seeks an HPC Orchestration Architect to shape resource deployment and management across a distributed platform. You will lead architectural decisions around Kubernetes, virtualization, and workload placement, collaborating with compute, storage, and networking specialists.

The role requires deep experience in HPC environments, clustering Kubernetes, and optimizing Linux performance, with a focus on scalable, efficient orchestration across sites.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of architecture or engineering experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of CPUs/GPUs and accelerators in large-scale HPC.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling Kubernetes clusters.
• Knowledge of virtualization, containers, orchestration, and workload placement effects.
• Experience with HPC clusters, Linux optimization, or performance profiling.
• Familiarity with distributed file systems and their impact on compute workloads.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable, resilient designs for orchestrating AI workloads across locations.
• Define how containers, virtualization, and compute resources are managed within the HPC platform.
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure orchestration designs fit compute, storage, and network environments.
• Translate product needs and constraints into clear designs for engineering teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and use performance data to guide improvements.
• Help engineering teams apply technical standards and deliver platform changes efficiently.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders to inform designs.
