Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Five (5) years of direct management and procurement experience is required.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; with three (3) years of professional experience in administration and budgeting.
• Desired: Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or procurement certifications.
• Licensure and certifications appropriate to the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and coordination for two main projects with potential expansion.
• Coordinate with City of Atlanta and partners to support housing placements.
• Develop workflows for encampment closures and bridge housing.
• Oversee programs and training for outreach service providers.
• Monitor HMIS data and report on outreach and encampment outcomes.
• Represent Partners for HOME in community meetings and committees.
