Job summary

City of Atlanta is seeking a Business Manager II to oversee housing coordination and program delivery for unsheltered homelessness. This role supports two main projects and collaborates with City partners to move individuals into housing through diversion and bridge housing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of management and procurement experience, with strong Excel and HMIS/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of direct management and procurement experience required.
• Licensure or professional certifications appropriate to the position preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate outreach teams and shelter for encampment closures.
• Develop workflows for encampment closures and bridge housing.
• Oversee peer support specialists and monitor program delivery.
• Work with City of Atlanta partners and stakeholders to visit encampments and track unsheltered households into housing.
