Job summary

Christian Care Communities in Hopkinsville, KY, is seeking a Housing Manager to oversee daily operations of independent living facilities, including resident care, transportation, and safety programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and supervise staff to maintain high occupancy and quality services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ management experience, with preferred credentials in health services administration or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent 4 years education/training and/or experience in property management.
• 5 years’ management experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, business administration, or a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned independent living facilities.
• Oversee finances and operating budget including capital needs and contracts as needed.
• Supervise employees and ensure adequate staffing and service continuity.
• Administer a Safety Program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with marketing activities to maintain high occupancy rate.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of facility operations.
