Christian Care Communities in Hopkinsville, KY, is seeking a Housing Manager to oversee daily operations of independent living facilities, including resident care, transportation, and safety programs. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and supervise staff to maintain high occupancy and quality services.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ management experience, with preferred credentials in health services administration or related fields.

The Housing Manager is responsible for the overall management and the day-to-day operations of assigned independent living facilities including resident care and recreation services, plant operations and property management while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, and regulatory and organizational standards.
Assures compliance with all regulatory bodies to include but not limited to; HUD, LIHTC, NSPIRE, etc.Required Education: Bachelor’s degree from 4-year college or university or the equivalent 4 years’ education/training and/or experience in property management
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, business administration, or a health-related field
Required Experience: 5 years’ management experience
Preferred Experience: 1 year experience in rental property and/or senior housing management
Recognized certification as Property Manager and/or Occupational Specialist. If not certified at time of hire, could be certified within 1 year as either Property Manager or Occupancy Specialist.
