Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program has an opening for a Senior Service Technician. The role is full-time (35 hours/week) based in Crawford County, Indiana, with potential to assist at other housing sites.

• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-area as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance work for the Housing Program as directed by the Housing Program Manager/Director.
• Schedule maintenance and work activities; oversee grounds, cleaning, minor repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Safely operate and tow trailers when required; interact professionally with the public.
