Job summary

Project FIND’s Hargrave House seeks a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in tenant rooms and support property management. You will perform routine cleaning, assist with turnover of units for new residents, and help the maintenance team keep common areas tidy.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with participation in bi-weekly meetings and reporting issues. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates should be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop tenant rooms; wash sinks and toilets; light dusting.
• Assist maintenance with cleaning of common areas and turnover of vacant apartments.
• Report maintenance issues and participate in bi-weekly meetings.
• Maintain an appointment system for apartment cleaning.
