Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Development Business Analyst to assist the VP of Asset Management & Development in creating policies for Development & Asset Management to preserve and grow Catholic Housing Communities assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development processes through grants/financing, proformas, and funder compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, and finance for operationally sound developments.
• Engage with local governments, housing authorities, parishes, and partners to support developments.
• Support all development stages including due diligence, closing, construction, lease-up, and transition to operations.
