Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate access to housing programs for individuals with behavioral health conditions in Suffolk County.
• Review and process applications for adults with mental illness seeking respite, Crisis Residence, and SPA housing.
• Serve as the primary County-level contact for oversight of housing programs; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with housing providers and referral sources to optimize system performance.
• Utilize Excel to manage reports and statistics and identify trends in housing services.
