Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field or at least two years of college with experience working with aging populations.
• Knowledge of public benefits and entitlements for low-income seniors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Chinese, or Korean).

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individual care plans and coordinate case management needs.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and coordinate with service providers.
• Facilitate counseling sessions as needed for residents.
• Provide advocacy and resource linkages for tenants.
• Create curriculum to educate building staff on senior needs.
• Organize community-building activities and tenant events.
