Job summary

Citrine Investment Group is seeking a Senior Housing Asset Manager to oversee a growing national portfolio of senior living assets, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and CCRCs. The role is hands-on with exposure to firm leadership, ownership responsibility, and opportunities across acquisitions, capital projects, refinancings, and exits.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in real estate asset management and/or senior housing operations, with direct senior housing experience required.
• Experience driving performance improvement across value-add, transitional, and operationally complex assets.
• Strong operational and financial acumen with the ability to quickly identify asset-level issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of senior living assets across multiple markets and develop asset-level business plans.
• Review financial performance, identify variances, and drive action plans with operators.
• Lead budgeting, reforecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
• Support acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions with operational diligence and planning.
• Oversee investor reporting and portfolio updates; maintain asset-level models and valuations.
• Collaborate with finance on debt covenants and lender reporting.
