You will extract and present data across 60+ properties and 10,000+ housing units, producing reports for leadership and stakeholders. Strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and integrity.

The role requires 1–3 years of applicable experience, proficiency with Excel and BI tools, and a background in housing data or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, urban studies, economics, social science, statistics, data analytics, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with housing, government, or nonprofit program data is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Analyze occupancy, rent collections, vouchers, and related housing data.
• Translate KPIs into measurable goals and executive summaries.
