Parkshore Senior Living in St. Louis Park, MN seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the cleaning team, manage daily schedules, and partner with Maintenance for turnovers. This full-time role includes payroll responsibilities and budget-conscious ordering of supplies.

The ideal candidate has healthcare housekeeping experience and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with a high school diploma or GED preferred. Benefits include health coverage and PTO, with a Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifications

• Healthcare housekeeping experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers with Maintenance.
• Monitor and order cleaning supplies and paper products, according to the budget.
• Maintain daily housekeeping schedules and schedule new requests for housekeeping services.
• Update all SDS books in the building.
• Monitor all housekeeping services provided.
• Hire, train, and supervise the housekeeping team, including payroll.
