Oakmont Management Group seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for the AM shift, full-time, in California. You will oversee housekeeping operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate schedules and trainings for the team.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to supervise housekeeping staff and maintain safety standards.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct housekeeping activities.
• Supervise housekeeping team and ensure standards are met.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed when handling equipment and chemicals.
• Schedule and conduct in-service trainings for team members.
• Inspect resident rooms and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain and stock supplies; arrange coverage during absences.
• Assist in budgeting and department policies with the Maintenance Director.
