Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with Windows OS, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Clear communication and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Housekeeping Department with focus on rooms, public areas and laundry.
• Ensure operations align with Avion Hospitality standards and SOPs.
• Inspect rooms daily and manage staffing and payroll.
• Prepare schedules, wage reports and coordinate with General Manager.
• Maintain purchasing controls, inventories and vendor relationships.
• Conduct performance appraisals and staff training on safety and policies.
• Respond to guest requests and incidents with courtesy and efficiency.
• Balance room status, ensure privacy and uphold brand standards.
