Job summary

Residence Inn Carlisle is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and ensure spotless public areas and guest rooms. You will manage daily objectives, monitor cleanliness, and uphold safety and inventory standards across the hotel.

The role requires strong hospitality focus, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and front desk to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping team and daily stand-up.
• Schedule and assign rooms, ensure PMS accuracy.
• Prepare daily objectives and monitor cleanliness standards.
• Maintain storage and equipment areas.
• Submit maintenance requests per procedures.
• Manage supplies and inventory monthly/quarterly.
• Ensure safety and chemical handling compliance.
