Job summary

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping and Laundry teams across multiple sites, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents.

You’ll supervise 30–35 staff, manage scheduling, inspections, and training, and coordinate with Admissions, Renovations, and other departments to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years supervising, scheduling, or coordinating teams in hospitality, housekeeping, laundry, environmental services, or related settings.
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, workplace safety, chemical handling, and infection prevention and control practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations across multiple sites.
• Supervises, trains, schedules, and evaluates a team of 30–35 staff.
• Ensures staffing and daily assignments meet resident and operational needs.
• Conducts inspections and coordinates with other departments for services.
• Maintains logs, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
