Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living environments for residents. The role covers on-site apartments, common areas, and campus spaces with attention to privacy and dignity.
The position offers Full-Time hours with day and night shifts, weekend rotation, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, holidays, and growth opportunities.
Location: 3100 Shore Dr Virginia Beach, VA (The Hoy Center)
Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Hourly
Schedule: Full-Time, Day and Night Shifts Available (every other weekend). Float and Healthcare schedules require weekend and holiday shifts.

Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for Westminster-Canterbury residents. This role focuses on the routine cleaning and upkeep of residents’ on-site apartments while respecting privacy, dignity, and individual preferences. Housekeepers are also responsible for the cleanliness of the campus common areas and performs general housekeeping in all residential areas, indoor and outdoor activity areas, etc.
