Qualifications

• Experience directing housekeeping teams and schedules.
• Strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to coach and discipline staff when needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, evaluate and direct all housekeeping associates.
• Coach and counsel associates; administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Coordinate daily activities and staffing for rooms and public areas.
• Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up where needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies and cleaning materials is maintained.
• Supervise the daily operation of housekeeping and in-house laundry.
• Interview, hire and train new housekeeping team members.
