Responsibilities

• Oversee household life to meet Residents' preferences in a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with Household Leadership Team to guide operations and communicate with Residents, families and staff.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and best practice standards are met and followed.
• Promote Resident-Centered Care and participate in the Interdisciplinary team care plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and model professional conduct.
