Job summary

The Arc NCR is seeking a Community Living House Supervisor to oversee a residential home, supervise staff, and coordinate services for residents with developmental and related disabilities.

Responsibilities include staff hiring participation, training management, ongoing coaching, on‑call coverage, and ensuring documentation accuracy across PMOFs and IPs within The Arc NCR guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the human services field; Residential or Personal Support preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or peer training experience in a Residential environment.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff in assigned house and provide direct support to staff and residents.
• Conduct staff trainings, monthly team meetings and performance feedback.
• Coordinate services and ensure compliance with IPs, BSPs and PMOFs.
• Ensure on-call coverage and manage staff schedules and shifts.
