Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Hourly Recruiter – Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drive timely hiring outcomes by recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for current and future workforce needs.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

  • Preferred experience in high-volume recruiting environments with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to maintain candidate records, reporting, and process efficiency.

  • Apply external talent sourcing strategies and market engagement techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and consulting capabilities to support hiring objectives.

  • Leverage data analytics and reporting insights to measure recruiting effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Exhibit strong customer focus, interpersonal effectiveness, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.

  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and recognize the value of diverse perspectives in building high-performing teams.

  • May travel to recruiting events and career fairs to support talent attraction initiatives.
