Job summary

The University of Oklahoma's Stephenson Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Hotline Program Coordinator to lead the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline, a statewide initiative dedicated to helping Oklahomans live tobacco-free lives.

You will oversee program operations, supervise staff, manage projects, and drive improvements for a high-visibility public health program while collaborating with internal and external partners to advance cancer prevention across the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 48 months of related experience or 96 months of related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily program operations to ensure service delivery and program effectiveness.
• Conduct program evaluations and develop long-range strategic plans to meet objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to measure outcomes for leadership and funding agencies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, grant requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Plan, coordinate, and support program events and outreach activities.
• Develop and monitor program budgets and financial resources.
• Negotiate and monitor grants, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Lead project management with timelines, milestones, and performance measures.
• Develop policies and process improvements to enhance program performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance public health initiatives.
