Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for our Denver Downtown property. The role involves executing the hotel’s sales strategy, growing existing accounts, and generating new business to maximize revenue and market share.

You will work with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Regional leadership team to implement extended-stay strategies and drive revenue according to seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts to hit revenue goals.
• Present persuasive proposals to prospective clients.
• Attend trade shows and market events to promote the hotel.
• Collaborate with the DOSM and regional team on extended stay strategies.
• Maintain market awareness to predict revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profits.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, sales goals, and maximize profitability within all areas of responsibility.
