Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
• Experience in accounting within hotels is preferred.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with PCs and calculators for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Controller in directing hotel financial activities and preparing reports.
• Verify night audit work and reconcile receivables and banquet charges.
• Post city ledger payments and manage billing and collections.
• Process approved invoices for payment and maintain ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing, invoicing and account coding procedures.
