• Strong knowledge of facility management and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee long-term hotel maintenance and asset management; schedule maintenance and monitor systems.
• Lead training and development for Chief Engineers and staff; enforce company policies.
• Direct capital investment projects; review proposals, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards across properties.
• Travel to hotels in the portfolio to meet requirements and assess facilities.
