Qualifications

• Three or more years in hotel/building maintenance or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and building systems.
• When applicable, experience operating and maintaining a commercial pool.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment, guest rooms, and property infrastructure.
• Conduct minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
• Serve as project manager for in-house projects: gather proposals, coordinate schedules, manage budgets, ensure quality.
• Secure and supervise outside contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain exterior property appearance and upkeep of parking areas; manage pool and spa per policies and codes.
