Eataly Silicon Valley in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Senior Restaurant Host to welcome guests, seat tables, and help maintain smooth service during shifts. This full-time onsite role reports to the Restaurant Floor Manager and requires a keen eye for hospitality.

You will train new host hires, manage the flow of reservations and seating, assist with guest relations, and coordinate with management to ensure a warm, efficient dining experience for all guests.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, seat them, and manage the dining room flow.
• Train new host hires on floor plans and OpenTable.
• Monitor reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain waitlists and seating charts using a computerized system.
• Coordinate with events for private bookings.
• Assist with guest relations and ensure premium hospitality.
• Support servers and bus staff as needed.
• Ensure the restaurant appearance is welcoming (candles, flowers).
